2. Acceptance of Terms

By using EuroMind Pro, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, you should not use the service.

3. Service Description

EuroMind Pro is a statistical analysis tool that uses Artificial Intelligence algorithms to analyze historical EuroMillions data. The service:

• Provides keys generated based on historical pattern analysis
• Does not guarantee, promise or predict prizes of any kind
• Is a decision support tool, not a game of chance
• Has no affiliation with Santa Casa da Misericórdia or gaming entities

4. Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: EuroMillions is a game of chance. Results are random and no method can predict or guarantee wins. The user acknowledges that:

• Generated keys are based on statistical analysis, not predictions
• There is no guarantee that any generated key will be a winner
• EuroMind Pro is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming
• The user is entirely responsible for their gaming decisions

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

5.1 Account Creation

To use PRO features, you need to create an account with a valid email.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are monthly and renewed automatically. You can cancel at any time, maintaining access until the end of the paid period.

5.3 Credits

Purchased credits never expire and remain associated with the user account.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through EasyPay. You can request a refund within the first 14 days after purchase, as long as you have not used any credits or generated PRO keys.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, design and content of EuroMind Pro are the property of Eng. Sérgio Ribeiro. Copying, modification or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

The user commits to:

• Play responsibly and within their financial means
• Not use the service if under 18 years old
• Seek specialized help if experiencing signs of problem gambling

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and/or published on the website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
