Does EuroMind Pro guarantee that I will win prizes?
No. EuroMind Pro is a statistical analysis tool, not a results prediction
system. EuroMillions is a game of chance and no software can guarantee wins. Our AI analyzes
historical patterns to provide statistically grounded keys, but this does not mean they have a
higher probability of winning.
How does the subscription work?
The subscription is monthly and automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time through your
account or by contacting support. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid
period.
Do credits expire?
No, purchased credits never expire. They are associated with your account and you can use them
whenever you want.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Multibanco, MB Way and Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) through EasyPay, a secure
and certified payment platform in Portugal.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account can be used on Windows and Android simultaneously. Your credits and settings
are synchronized between devices.
What are the "AI Engines"?
They are 4 different Artificial Intelligence algorithms, each specialized in a type of analysis:
Deep Oracle (neural networks), Pattern Hunter (sequential patterns), Ensemble Master (combined
voting) and Quick Pick Pro (fast generation). You can choose which engine to use when generating
keys.
Do you have any affiliation with Santa Casa or gaming houses?
No. EuroMind Pro has no affiliation with Santa Casa da Misericórdia, the
National Lottery, or any gaming houses. We are an independent software company that provides an
analysis tool.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund within the first 14 days after purchase, as long as you have not used
credits or generated PRO keys. Contact support through the form below or by email.
